2 OB/GYN positions open!

Shift Details:
1 day shift/1 night shift needed (8a – 8p/8p – 8a, 4-5 shifts per week)
Calls will be for assigned, unassigned, or both assigned/unassigned patients
Call Response time: 15 mins
Call Ratio: Call Back 65%
Average Phone Consults: 15-25

Work Details:
• Support staff: at least 3 floor RNs, floor nurses, midlevels
• Patients per day: 0-10, 15-25 phone consults
• Patient population/age: 16-40
• Department description: Admissions required (6 average), stroke certified
• EMR: Cerner/Athena
• Skills required: Low/high risk pregnancy, Routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section), Complicated delivery (c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC’s), Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Level II NICU available
