Schedule: Hospital call coverage, no clinic, 24-hour call 7a - 7a. Sat Nov 8 7:00 am - Sun Nov 9 7:00 am and
Sun Nov 9 7:00 am - Mon Nov 10 7:00 am

· Patients per shift: 4
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level:
· EMR: Medhost
· Bed in department: 5
· Skills required: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation, OB Ultrasounds, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Complicated delivery, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active FL License Only
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 21 Days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• 24 hour on call
