Hospital-employed positions
Base Pay (1 year guarantee) $350,000
Productivity Bonus for RVU's in excess of agreed threshold - Available immediately
Sign-On Bonus (For 2 year commitment) $75,000
Recruitment Incentive (For 5 year commitment) $100,000
Work RVU Conversion Rate $51
Call Coverage 1 in 4
Vacation Time 4 weeks for the first 3 years, 5 weeks thereafter
CME Hours 40 hours of CME time off per year
CME & Dues Allowance $4,000 per contract year
Relocation Allowance Up to $15,000
Full health benefits package, 403(b) with contribution and 457(b)
Other -Pays Licensure, DEA, CSR, Malpractice (is occurrence based with tail coverage provided by hospital)
Hospital pays for nursing/ reception staff salaries & benefits, and manages staffing issues for the physician so that you can focus on seeing patients
" Completion of OBGYN residency program
" Board certification or board eligible (Certification will be required)
" Open to new grads
" Must be ACLS certified
" OBGYN practice providing both inpatient and outpatient service with call
" Enjoy the benefits of having an established patient base from day one
" Four (4) day work week
" Office suite is adjacent to the hospital
" Only hospital in the county offering obstetrics and gynecology
" Deliver approximately 371 babies per year
" Opportunity to grow market share
" 7 ORs and one cysto room - we run 4 rooms every day and hold one for OB
" We have 25 primary care providers spread across seven locations that refer back to our OBGYN team
" Hospital C-section rate is lower than the National rate
" 1.0 OB deliveries per day
" We do 10-12 VBACs a year (Average 1 a month)
" Lab and x-ray services on site
" Glide scope in every room
