📋 Contract Details
🟢 Anticipated Start Date: March 2026 (pending credentialing)
🟢 Contract Type: 1099
🟢 Schedule: 7–12 days per month (minimum 7 days/month)
🟢 Call: Typically on call for at least ½ of the scheduled days; may include consecutive call blocks (4–7 days)
🟢 Patient Volume: Primarily call coverage, including daytime consults and night call
🟢 Setting: Hospital-based GYN Oncology service
🟢 Residency Program: Active residency on service; consult workflow (resident vs. direct consults) to be confirmed
🟢 Local Candidates: Strongly preferred

👥 Support & Coverage Model
🟢 Advanced Practice Providers: Daytime APP support Tuesday–Friday
🟢 Office Support: Dedicated staff for case posting and scheduling
🟢 Clinic Support: Medical assistants, nurse navigators, and front desk staff available for urgent patient needs
🟢 Resident Support: Possible resident assistance for first call on some nights; some call shifts may be true first-call coverage
