24hr or 12 hr on Call OB Hospitalist w/ MFM Support - Needed in Minnesota - $2000/day

Job description

We are seeking OB Hospitalist providers for an ASAP, ongoing assignment to manage high‑risk pregnancies with full MFM support; daytime MFM is in‑house and MFM is on call at night.

The role is 24‑hour in‑house call (7:00 AM–7:00 AM) with 12‑hour shift accommodations available, and emergency/temporary starts are possible for candidates with a clean file.

Responsibilities include primary coverage of the MFM service and its patients, handling urgent OB needs and unit emergencies, assisting with C‑sections and obstetrical procedures, and covering undoctored/unassigned OB patients at ANW.

The unit averages 11–12 deliveries per day with a Level II nursery; providers must have Trauma I or II experience and be comfortable managing high‑risk cases.

Minnesota licensure is highly preferred (IMLC accepted if no MN license), board certification in OB/GYN and BLS are required.

Documentation is via Epic (Excellian at Allina) and electronic fetal monitoring uses OBix; collaborative, team‑based support is available through on‑site Allina OB/GYN colleagues and 24/7 MFM access.
