Schedule: 5 Days, 7:00 - 7:00, Call Only
Cases: Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
