The facility operates without NICU capabilities but maintains level III trauma designation for comprehensive emergency care coverage.

About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services managing 1500 deliveries annually and seeing 25 patients per day in clinic settings. Primary responsibilities include delivering full scope maternal care through both inpatient and outpatient services, performing routine gynecologic procedures, and managing labor and delivery cases during day shifts and 24-hour call periods. The position requires board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with continuous coverage responsibilities for rounding and admissions as clinically indicated. Documentation must be maintained through electronic medical record systems while collaborating with nursing staff and administrative support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
