Start Date: 5/4/2026
Schedule: 7p-7p or 7a-7a, 24hr call (1st call)
Stretches (non-negotiable, cannot accept partials):
5/4 7p-5/10 7p
5/11 7p-5/17 7p
6/1 7p -6/7 7p
6/29 7p - 7/5 7p
7/8 7p -7/14 7p
7/15 7p-7/21 7p
11/30 7p - 12/6 7p
Cases: 15-20 patients/day
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
