URGENT: On-Call OB-GYN Locums

Dates Needed:
24hr Call

October 4th @ 8AM - October 6th @ 8AM
October 25th @ 8AM - October 27th @ 8AM
November 20th @ 8AM - November 25th @ 8AM
November 29th @ 8AM - December 2nd @ 8AM
December 20th @ 8AM - December 23rd @ 8AM
December 27th @ 8AM -December 30th @ 8AM

Expect to be credentialled with MEDICARE and enrolled with PECOS as provider
Must be fully vaccinated.
Must have more than 4 gratis/patient contact hours
Any travel costs (mileage, rental car, gas, airfare) will be Sign up or sign in for contact information total.
Must have active NC license and NC DEA (NC address).
Provider must have NC Medicaid Credential.

-No Recent or open Malpractice Cases.
-Prefer candidates within driving distance or airfare/travel must be capped at $500
-Case logs from the last 2 years (requred, must be from a hospital)

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
--Active NC license
--NC DEA
--NC Medicaid, NC Medicare/PECOS enrolled
--Board Certified or Board Eligible
--Must be fully vaccinated
--Actively delivering babies (must submit case logs for past 24 months)
--Malpractice cases
--Disciplinary actions
--Travel requirements
--NPI#

Provider will round on patients, on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries. Provider also available for any emergent GYN procedures. High risk deliveries will only be emergent (no NICU at our facility). High risk transfer to Regional or Valley for NICU - both approx. 30-45 mins. Level 1 nursery at Regional.

Provider will be housed in hospital apartments adjacent to facility.
Provider must be within 20 mins per hospital bylaws.

Hospitalist support staff, 24/7 on call Anesthesiology support, 24/7 on call Radiology support, Average 27 deliveries monthly with average of 11 C-Sections, 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum, census is typically 1-3 deliveries/24 hr period.

Hospital will call cell phone.
