OB/GYN Physician – Locum or Locum-to-Perm Opportunity

Location: Near Columbus & Cleveland, Ohio
Start Date: June 2026 – Ongoing
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Required

We are actively seeking an OB/GYN Physician for an ongoing opportunity beginning June 2026. This position is open due to a current vacancy and offers flexibility for locum tenens or locum-to-permanent candidates.

This opportunity is ideal for providers seeking schedule flexibility — we are open to physicians interested in:

Clinic + Call

Clinic Only

Call Only

📅 Schedule

2–3 days per week in clinic

1 GYN surgery day per week

Ongoing coverage need

📞 Optional Call (OB Coverage)

Call participation is optional and includes:

One 24-hour weekday call shift per week

One 72-hour weekend call shift every four weeks

While on call:

~1 delivery per day on average

Variable phone calls during nights/weekends

🏥 Practice Setting

Clinic and hospital-based practice

326-bed hospital

EMR: Epic

Supported by experienced Medical Assistants

👩‍⚕️ Clinical Details

~22 clinic patients per day

Patient population: Women ages 18–65+

Full-scope OB/GYN practice

Procedures include:

Hysterectomies

Hysteroscopies

Laparotomies

Salpingectomies

Other standard OB/GYN surgical procedures

✅ Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Active medical license (or ability to obtain Ohio licensure)

DEA required

BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

Approximately 2–3 months
