Job description

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Rare call backs and limited call, only one Gyn; 1 week on, 1 week off.

Call (if applicable):
Weekday, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Weekday Night (on-call), Monday thru Friday, 5:00 pm - 8:00 am
Weekend (on-call) Friday –Monday, 5:00 pm – 8:00 am
Holiday Call-back

Work Details:
Cases: Hysterectomies, oophorectomy/salpingectomy-if available per physician bladder sling, biopsy for external lesions in the vaginal area, D and C, tubal pregnancy treatment Standard Gyn surgeries
Patients per day: about 10
Support Techs and nurses are available alongside an NP in the OB department
No LEEP, metal and plastic speculums are used, have a colposcope
6-7 exam rooms
No deliveries- hospital doesn't offer this service

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• On call required
