• Location: Portland, OR
• Target Start: January 2025
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend or transition to perm

• Schedule: 7:30am-5pm; Flexible
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. No of patients per day: 15-hospital, 3-6 average number deliveries per week, 1-2 Average number of GYN surgeries per week
• Procedures: Fetal Ecmo, Low risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, routine delivery, complicated delivery, repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology: Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only – tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
• Equipment: Leep Machine in office hysterscope (myosure) available (no anesthesia), lift for obesity, Bedside Philips ultrasounds available.
• Caseload: 40% low risk pregnancy, 60% high risk, 25% C section, 5-10% Surgical GYN
• Support staff: 1:1 MA Coverage & Supervisors, RN Coverage all pt calls (7 RN), Triage Messages on Mychart
• Required: Board Certified, Active OR license or IMLC, BLS
