Job description

We have an urgent need for OB/GYN providers at a renowned medical center in Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic practice setting.

Position Details
~Facility Type: Medical Center
~Practice Setting: Inpatient
~EMR/Charting Software: Epic

Patient Volume:
~15 patients/day (hospital)
~3-6 deliveries/week per physician
~1-2 GYN surgeries/week per physician

Caseload Breakdown:
~40% Low-risk pregnancy
~60% High-risk pregnancy
~25% C-sections
~5-10% Surgical GYN

Procedures and Equipment:
~Fetal ECMO
~Leep Machine
~Office hysteroscope (MyoSure) - no anesthesia required
~Lift for obesity
~Bedside Philips ultrasounds

Support Staff
~Staffing Ratios: 1:1 Medical Assistant coverage
~Additional Support:
Supervisors
~RN coverage for patient calls (7 RNs)

Requirements:
~Board Certification: Yes (minimum: Board-eligible)
~Certifications: BLS

Experience:
~Low-risk pregnancy management
~FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
~Routine and complicated deliveries
~Repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations

Surgical gynecology:
~Laparoscopic ~diagnostic/minor procedures (e.g., tubal ligation, LOA’s, chromotubation)
~Operative/major procedures (e.g., ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs)

Additional Information:
~Credentialing Timeframe: ~Expedited privileges for clean files
~Licensure: Willing to license qualified providers; expedited licensing available.
