Aya Locums has an immediate opening in Coudersport, PA for 24 call coverage with rounding in AM . This facility is a modern and progressive rural health network serving north central Pa. and south central New York. Accredited by The Joint Commission.

Shift Details: 24hr Call 8a-8a | 30 Min response. Clinic hours 8:30a-4:30p with adjustments for delivery time and surgery time, flexible
Schedule: two weeks on/two weeks off. Provider takes 24/7 call for 2-week shift. No clinic on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tuesdays are dedicated for call and surgeries. Saturday and Sunday, call only.

Work Details:
• Support staff: 1 Mid wife for clinic, schedule is scattered but she does take 1st call. APP/mid-level coverage available.
• Patients per day: 15-20 pts per day in clinic.
• Patient population/age: Adult 100%
• EMR: EPIC/Meditech
• Hospital bed size: Avg 200-250 births per year. Volumes are generally low.
• Special procedures: C-section, hysterectomy, tubal ligations, IUD insertions
• Skills required: Rounding in AM, only on moms and surgical patients if there are overnight stays

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Board Certified, Board Eligible
• License required: Active PA State License
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS & NRP
• Minimum experience required: 0 - 5, preference of 5yrs but willing to review candidates with less experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks, full/temp/ & ER privs avail
