Locum Tenens OB/GYN – Full-Time Coverage

Job description

Position Overview:
A rural facility in Manning, SC is seeking full-time locum OB/GYN coverage beginning March 15, 2026. This role includes a combination of clinic and call responsibilities. The ideal provider is comfortable working independently in a rural setting.

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Active South Carolina medical license
Active CSR
DEA eligible for permanent registration in South Carolina

Assignment Details:
Full-time coverage required
Combination of clinic and call
24/7 call, serving as 2nd call (midwives take first call)
Clinic coverage 2–3 days per week

Clinic hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am–12:00pm
Average 1 delivery per day
Average 20–25 clinic patients per day
Must be comfortable with vaginal deliveries and C-sections
Circumcisions not required

Coverage Options (Flexible):
Monday 7:00am – Monday 7:00am coverage blocks
OR
Split coverage with weekday provider and separate weekend coverage
