OB/GYN Locums Role – Balanced Schedule | North Dallas Suburb

We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a highly collaborative and well-supported team in Allen, Texas. This practice is dedicated to exceptional patient care and provider work-life balance—offering more days off than a traditional OB/GYN practice and a manageable 1:4 call schedule.

Job Highlights
Balanced weekly schedule: 2.5 days in clinic, 1 dedicated surgery day, and 1:4 call rotation

Full-scope OB/GYN practice: Outpatient obstetrics & gynecology with multiple gynecologic surgery venues

Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum outpatient OB/GYN care

Manage gynecologic surgical cases during the weekly surgery day

Participate in 1:4 call rotation, providing 24/7 emergency OB/GYN coverage

Handle labor, ROM/water breaking, bleeding, acute pain, high-risk OB, and urgent complications

Must be comfortable with D&C, ectopic pregnancy management, and Cesarean sections

Work closely with CNMs (all CNMs are trained and certified in Surgical First Assist; they lead routine deliveries)
