Obstetrician/Gynecologist needed in Allen, TX

Job Title: Obstetrician/Gynecologist – Locum Tenens
Location: Allen, TX
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule:
2–3 clinic days per week (typically 2.5 days in clinic)
1 surgery day per week
Standard: 5 days, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Rotation: 1:4
On-Call Requirements: Required (24/7 emergency OB/GYN coverage; labor, rupture of membranes, bleeding, pain, high-risk pregnancies, complications; OB/GYN team provides back-up for CNM hospitalists)
Board Certification Required: Yes – Obstetrics/Gynecology
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Population: Adults (obstetrical and gynecological patients)
Support Staff: CNM hospitalists (first assist for deliveries), LCSWs, lactation, education specialists, and other support staff
Procedures Include:
Full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care
Gynecologic surgery across multiple venues
D&C, ectopic pregnancy management, cesarean section
Backup call coverage for CNM hospitalists (1:4 schedule)
