This facility provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services with 600 annual deliveries and 150 annual gynecologic surgeries. The institution features 8 Labor and Delivery rooms, 5 postpartum rooms, and a Level IV nursery with 24/7 anesthesia coverage and MFM onsite. The facility utilizes the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and maintains established protocols for both routine and emergency maternal care.

About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services through Monday-Friday 12-hour shifts and Saturday-Sunday 24-hour shifts managing 600 annual deliveries. Primary responsibilities include performing OBED within 30 minutes and providing backup/oversight for OB residents during assigned shifts. The position requires maintaining continuous availability for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies with prescriptive authority while utilizing the EPIC EMR system for documentation. The facility maintains 24/7 anesthesia coverage and MFM onsite to support optimal patient care delivery.
