Facility in Layton, UT seeking ObGyn locums coverage Rates: $2500/day with 4 hour gratis, $350/hr after 4 hours Details: Coverage Start Date: As soon as credentialed Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Clinic, Call Reason for Coverage: Backfill needed due to the loss of two OB/GYN providers EMR: EPIC Support Staff: Medical Assistant (MA) Required Procedures: Gyn and OB patients, including surgeries and assisting in surgery Trauma Level: N/A Beds: 220 beds Schedule/Availability: Clinic: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM Call: 24-hour call shifts (7 AM-7 AM), includes Wednesdays and 2 weekends per month (Friday-Monday) Call Back: 0-2 times per shift Shifts/Month: 7-10 call shifts per month, clinic schedule is flexible Requirements: Board Certified OB/GYN (ABOG): Required Active UT License: Required (IMLC with LOQ acceptable) BLS: Required (or willingness to obtain) DEA: Required Shifts Per Month: Must state the number of shifts the candidate can offer Clean Malpractice: Required (up to $100k acceptable with explanation) NPDB Self-Inquiry: Required Clean Background: Required EMR Training: Must complete required training modules before starting Credentialing Timeline: 90 days after receiving a completed application About WhiteCoat Locums: - Physician owned agency - Highest-Pay rates on the market - $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail
