OB/GYN in Utah

Job description

Reason for Coverage: 2 locum providers require a 6-month break
Residency/Fellowship requirement:
Other/Life Certifications: Active BLS or PALS, CSR, DEA (Highly Preferred)
Procedures Required: General OB/GYN procedures
Types of Cases (Surg / Anes / IRRAD): OB/GYN, Emergency Room
Patient Demographic (ages, etc): Adult, Adolescent, Geriatric
Support Staff available: RN, OB Tech, Midwife (C-section assist if scheduled), LD nurses
Specific Dates Needed:
Jan 12 (7a) – Jan 17 (7a) OR Jan 14 (7a) – Jan 19 (7a)
Feb 9 (7a) – Feb 16 (7a)
Ongoing needs begin April 2026
Department Structure/Shift Detail:
21 shifts/month total between all locum providers
Call coverage at HCW and Holy Cross Salt Lake (HCS)

Must be able to commit to 7 shifts per month minimum.

Shift Times: 24-hour call (7a–7a), 4 hours gratis
Call Schedule (if applicable): Concurrent call coverage at HCW and HCS
