• MFM on-site: No; In-house ANES: Yes.

REQUIRED:
• WA state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology; Board Eligible (2-5 years post training).
• DEA

Present with:
• Delivery volume over the last 2 years.
• NPDB self-inquiry report: The NPDB - Home Page (Sign up or sign in for contact information) + explanations (if applicable).
• Updated CC (with MM/YY; all gaps over 30-days explained)
• 14 shifts per month of availability (weekdays + weekends).

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.

SCHEDULE:
• 24-hour call. 14 shifts per block.
