Orthopedic Surgery NP/PA Needed in Eureka, CA
Start Date: June 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Monday- Thursday: provider will work in the clinic from 8am-5pm (12-1 will be an hour lunch unpaid). Friday: provider will have mainly OR time with the surgeon from 7:30amcould end anywhere between 3pm-5pm. The APP will be required to take call 5-7 days a month.

· Support staff: Yes
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Comfortable assisting with most orthopedic surgeries
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· DEA: Yes
· All specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty
· 2 years of clinical activity will need to be submitted with a focus on trauma orthopedics
· Certifications required: BLS

CA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
