Requirements
✔️ Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
✔️ Commitment to patient care and surgical excellence

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient histories and assess injuries using specialized tools
✔️ Perform diagnostic tests, including bloodwork, to identify bone conditions
✔️ Develop treatment plans that may include therapy, medication, or surgery
✔️ Perform orthopedic surgeries (fractures, joints, ligaments, nerves, tendons)
✔️ Prescribe medications and physical therapy for recovery
✔️ Monitor recovery and modify treatment as needed
✔️ Create and manage rehabilitation plans post-surgery
✔️ Collaborate with nursing staff and refer to specialists when required
✔️ Stay current with advancements through courses and conferences
