We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT physician for a locum tenens opportunity at a Level I Trauma hospital in Arizona. This is an excellent short-term assignment with ongoing potential and emergency credentialing available.

Shift Type: 24-hour call

Dates needed:

May 29 (7:00 AM) – June 1 (7:00 AM)
June 15 (7:00 AM) – June 22 (7:00 AM)

Clinical Details:

Patient Population: All ages

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT
Active Arizona medical license required or IMLC in hand
DEA required
Minimum 1 year of experience

• May/June Dates + Ongoing
• AZ license required or IMLC in hand
• Level 1 trauma
