Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT) – MD/DO
Start Date: 07/01/2024
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with option to extend)
Shift Details: 5 x 8
Schedule: Full time; client is clarifying exact hours in clinic and OR (7a-4p, 8a-5p, etc)
Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 5 x 8; Full-Time.
• Patient population/age: All ages
• Department Description: Otolaryngology (ENT)
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required: Bread and butter ENT; ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, throat, peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc.) procedures
Practice Setting:
• Hospital Based Clinic
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Board Certification in Otolaryngology or Board Eligible with 5 years of training required.
• State license required: No, but the State of IL License highly preferred
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Minimum experience required: N/A; Will take new graduates

• Scheduled + No Call
• 13 weeks with potential for extension
• Full time schedule
