Locums Otolaryngologist ENT Opportunity in Minot, ND

Job description

Start date: 45 days from offer
Support staff: RNs, clerical support, 2 audiologists, 2 NPs; 1 is seasoned and a great partner. Support staff also does tubes, sees new patients, tees up for surgery and sees post op.
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 20 days per month
· Patients per day: 15-18 on clinic days and 7-10 on OR days
· Patient population/age: all ages; heavy in peds at this time
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital bed size: 318
· Special procedures: bread and butter ENT; ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, throat, peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc) procedures
Practice Setting:
· Hospital - will be in the clinic located at the hospital 3 days per week and in OR 2 days per week
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· State license required: Willing to license with IMLC
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Minimum experience required: prefer 10+ years' experience is highly preferred; no new grads
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days is standard but they are working on an expedited process that will not require the provider to be enrolled with every payer. This could reduce the timeline to 45 days or less with clean files.
Willing To License?: YES - IMLC

• Monday through Friday 8a-5p, Surgery days can be 7a start time
