ENT needed for specific dates in May, June & July - York, PA

Monday 7am- Monday 7am
May 25(7am)-June 1(7am)
June 15(7am)-22(7am)
July 6(7am)-13(7am)
Work Details:
· Support Staff: OMF available but not onsight, plastic onsite
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week
· Hours of callback per day: 4-6 hours
· Patient Population/Age: all ages
· Department Description: Trauma Level 1
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 593 beds
· Call: 1:4
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or truly BE
· License Required: PA, time to license
· DEA: required
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: emergency avail with a clean file

• Level 1 Trauma
• 24-hr call
