✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
✔️ Continuously monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
✔️ Provide family education and support during critical care
✔️ Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR (EPIC preferred)

✅ Qualifications
✔️ RN license in New York State (required)
✔️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
✔️ Minimum 3 years of PICU experience in trauma-level facilities
✔️ BLS & PALS required; ACLS preferred
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking
