This is Kaitlin, Principal Recruiter with Aya Locums. We have a new PICU/Stepdown APP opportunity in Columbus, OH needing coverage as soon as credentialed, with ideally a start in December due to seasonal volume and leave coverage.

• Start Date: ASAP (December start ideal)
• 3×12-hour night shifts + weekends/holidays
• Stepdown PICU with high pulmonary acuity
• Procedures: intubation, arterial lines
• Support Model: 24-bed unit shared between two APPs at night
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 2–3 weeks
• Experience/Certifications: Acute Care Certified
