✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver compassionate, high-quality inpatient care to pediatric patients
✔️ Administer meds, monitor conditions, and coordinate care plans
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level I/II Trauma Center
✔️ Educate families and maintain accurate EPIC charting

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔️ Active NYS RN license + current BLS (or ability to recertify)
✔️ 1.5+ years recent acute care RN experience (within past 2 years)
✔️ Strong pediatric inpatient experience preferred
✔️ EPIC EMR experience preferred
✔️ Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
