Job Description:
This California-based hospital offers 12-hour Pediatric Hospitalist shifts in a Level II NICU and pediatric unit. Physicians cover both day and night shifts, with average patient encounters including ED consults, high-risk deliveries, and NICU care.

This is a high-acuity hospital with well-baby care, neonatal resuscitation, and critical consult responsibilities. APPs assist with weekday rounding, and transfers are supported by a dedicated team.

Schedule:
12-hour shifts: 7a–7p (day) or 7p–7a (night)

Must respond to ED visits within 12 hours, critical patients within 3

Flexible availability; 3+ shifts/month preferred

Requirements:
Board Certified Pediatrician

Active California license

ACLS, PALS, NRP, and DEA required

Must be comfortable with procedures like C-sections, intubation, and UVC/UAC placement

Travel & Accommodations:
