We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Hospitalist to provide locum services in Eureka, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a focused inpatient role with a streamlined schedule and strong support. Coverage is needed starting in December

🏥 Job Details:
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital

Setting: Inpatient only

Schedule: 24-hour call coverage from 12/21 at 6:00 AM to 12/28 at 6:00 AM; call only, not required to be in-house

Support Staff: Yes

Patient Volume: 1–7 patients per shift

EMR System: Epic

Skills Required: Intubation (ETT/NT), Central line placement, UVC, Needle decompression for pneumothorax, EKG interpretation

📋 Requirements:
License: Active California medical license required

Board Certification: Must be board certified or truly board eligible within 3–5 years of residency

Certifications: PALS and NRP required

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based clinical experience in pediatric hospital medicine

Credentialing: Clean file required for expedited processing
