Job Description:
• Vendor Coverage – Urgent Need Due to Scheduled Vacation
• Dates Needed:
• August 15–17
• Level 3 facility
• Just covering Call coverage
• Temps available
• RNs and APPs as support staff - will not be supervising
• 2 patients per call shift
• 50% call back
• Average call per 24 hours - 3 phone consults - 2 patients seen - 2 admissions
• Call type - beeper
• Accepting Multiple Providers? YES
• Admissions Required YES
• Temp Priveges? YES
• Patients per shift : 2
• Beds in dept: 5
• Must be Board Certified
• MI licensed only
• Fellowship: Preferred
• Certs Required: ACLS, BLS PALS, NRP

• 3 days in August - 15th 16th 17th
• Covering call coverage
• 2 calls per shift
