Pediatrician needed in St. Louis for full-time work!

Job description

• 60 to 120 day credentialing depending on insurances
• Can commit to 3-6 month assignment and even longer
• Permanent placement an option for right fit, however they're open to true-locums
• Most patients are Medicare / Medicaid
• Working Monday through Friday
• 8 hour days with 1 hour lunch
o 8a-5p
• Last patient is scheduled around 3:30, but provider will plan on leaving around 5:00
• Working with either an MA or an RN
• Comprehensive well child and adolescent care, immunizations, integrated behavioral health and treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the child is provided at the health center
• Routine physicals, immunizations, sick/well visits, asthma & diabetes management, school/sports physicals, lead screenings, preventative / anticipatory guidelines
• Possibility of some light acute care procedures
• Seeing birth to 18. If provider is comfortable seeing up to age 21 then they will
• Around 13-17 patients per day
• EMR is E-Clinical Works
• Open to candidates who may require travel and lodging
