Position Overview
ND Global Consulting Services is currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity at Decatur County Hospital in Leon, Iowa.
This role is perfect for an OT experienced in both inpatient and outpatient care. The therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, including LSVT BIG and Pelvic Floor Therapy, helping patients regain function and independence.
Schedule Details
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8-Hour Day
• Weekly Guarantee: 40 Hours
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks can be extended
• Start Date: ASAP
Compensation
• Pay Rate: $64.00 - $66.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide specialized therapy, including LSVT BIG and Pelvic Floor Therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and adaptive strategies.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Iowa.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Knowledge of or certification in LSVT BIG and Pelvic Floor Therapy a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
