Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physiatry Physician for inpatient coverage in Dyer, IN. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with rotating weekend call.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p
Call: Every 3rd weekend
Setting: Inpatient
Credentialing: 45–60 days


Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R
Active Indiana medical license
Indiana DEA required
