Location: A beautiful waterside community with small town charm and big city amenities in Michigan. About 110 miles to Detroit! Facility: 20 bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency and maximizing functional ability using patient-centered care. Opportunity: Inpatient Rehab Unit (20 beds) Dates of Coverage: June 16-25 8a-5p Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Can be partial days with availability to approve admissions via computer. Team conferences are Tues and Friday at 8am so those days would be an 8am start. Will not cover outpatient clinic – Only Hospital Inpatient Rehab coverage 100% adult rehab Number of Patients Per Day: 10-20 on the unit 24 Hour Lab Available 24hr Anesthesia Department Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Trauma Level/Designation: Level III Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.): BLS PM&R Required Procedures: Pre‐Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Post admission evals, face to face visits, IPOCS, PAPE/H & P Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
