Average patients per day 20-25
48 beds total
License in MS or IMLC required to apply
Schedule will generally be admissions and rounding 8a-4p with an hour lunch
Night call until 5p-8a.
Weekend coverage Anticipate additional resources inhouse summer 2026 The site is looking for active licensed providers with clean history at the outset. Please do not present candidates who are already actively working in other Lifepoint rehabilitation units or facilities. Must be proficient with EPIC
