[REMOTE] 1099 Mental Health Specialist – FMLA & ADA Evaluations (PMHNP / Psychologist)
Job description
Sign up or sign in for contact information is a specialized telehealth platform connecting patients with high-rigor clinical evaluators for FMLA and ADA documentation. We are looking for independent (1099) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Psychologists to conduct synchronous video evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 15-minute synchronous video consultations to assess FMLA/ADA eligibility .
Review digital intake forms and medical facts to determine functional limitations.
Complete standard DOL certification forms (WH-380-E/F) within a 24-72 hour turnaround .
Maintain accurate clinical documentation within a HIPAA-compliant environment.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted license (NP, PhD, or PsyD).
Compact Licensure Preferred: PSYPACT (for Psychologists) or Nurse Licensure Compact (for NPs).
Must reside and be licensed in a Full Practice Authority (FPA) state for independent NP contracting (e.g., NY, MA, WA) .
Strong verbal/written communication and digital literacy.
