Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and autonomous Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide high-quality mental health care in skilled nursing facilities across the Alexandria area. This role offers a lucrative pay scale, a supportive clinical environment, and no visit cancellations, ensuring consistent patient engagement and provider satisfaction. This is 1099 (contractor) role. ANCC Board Certification.

Looking for FULL TIME Providers: 8 hours , 5 days a week is a requirement!

1099 ROLE

Must be willing to commute to facility 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
Provide psychotherapy, consultations, and medication management
Collaborate with facility medical providers to ensure integrated care
Work independently while maintaining clinical collaboration with a group psychiatrist
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and leadership development
