The schedule is Monday-Friday, days only, with no call and a consistent census, many of whom are court-committed with complex psychiatric needs. The Clinical Director role is 95% direct patient care, with no production standards and no H&Ps required, allowing the focus to remain on quality care rather than volume. Youll collaborate with experienced APRNs and a multidisciplinary team, with documentation completed in the EMR. Board certification is required, and this is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking meaningful inpatient work with strong clinical support and work-life balance.
