About the clinician's workday

The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adults in an inpatient and residential treatment facility, conducting thorough evaluations and medication management for patients with addiction, substance use disorders, and general psychiatric conditions. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no call requirements, focusing on admissions, detox assessments, and team collaboration in a structured, team-based setting. The position requires maintaining detailed documentation and participating in treatment planning meetings while working collaboratively with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery throughout the behavioral health program.
