Locum Tenens Inpatient Psychiatrist Needed to See Adults in Philadelphia

Job description

• Full-Time
• M-F
• some variation on schedule, but typically 7am or 8am to 4pm or 5:30pm
• No call
• All inpatient
o 10 bed unit
o Between 0 and 3 admits per day. Admits are rare, none after 3p.
o Avg LOS is 9 days
• Majority of admits are non-voluntary; some legal paperwork required
• EMR: AeCIS/Cerner for IP Providers
• 60-90 day average credentialing timeframe, emergency privileges available
• IP experience within 5 years highly preferred; IP experience within 10 years required
