DESCRIPTION:
• Supervision of Staff: 2-3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the Urgent Care and observation unit.
Overseeing either an APP or a resident in the Facility-Based Crisis (FBC).
Cosign on notes.
• Average daily patients: 6; UC averages 10-20.
• Hospital: Adult Inpatient – 50 beds
• C/A Inpatient – 30 beds
• EMR: EPIC.

REQUIRED:
• NC state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board Certified – Psychiatry; True Board Eligible being considered.
• Vaccine requirements – COVID-19 and booster.
• DEA, CSR, BLS.

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.

SCHEDULE:
• Standard 7-day shifts, 12 hours each (7a-7p).
• Night call is for supervision of APP.
• 7 days-on; 7 days-off
