Child/ Adult Behavioral Health Provider

Job description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Provider to join our team and provide services in rural Colorado. As a clinician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in need of mental health assistance in underserved communities. In addition to offering counseling services in rural areas, you will also have the opportunity to provide support within school-based systems, helping students navigate their emotional well-being and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with school-based systems to provide counseling services to students, promoting emotional well-being and mental health awareness.
Develop personalized treatment plans and interventions to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consultations to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Licensed or certified Behavioral Health Counselor in the state of Colorado.
Experience working with diverse populations and providing counseling services in rural or school-based settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Commitment to promoting mental health awareness and advocating for the well-being of individuals in underserved communities.

Annual CME Allowance of $1,000.00 ( Prorated Date of Hire)
