Behavioral Health Outpatient Supervisor

Job description

Provider will work with Behavioral Health Providers in the Valley-Wide outpatient Behavioral Health setting(s). The Supervisor will coach, mentor and clinically supervise BHPs to assist in achieving the creation and support of outpatient services in schools, community settings and through partnerships. The position will assist the team in focusing on whole person care (biopsychosocial) across the life span while maintaining Valley-Wide’s mission as an FQHC. The Supervisor will have a regular clinic assignment and will support clinics as needed.

Required Experience & Skills:
Qualified candidate will hold a current license with the Colorado State Board as any of the following: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D., PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Bilingual skills and previous experience in the behavioral health field desired.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) desirable.
Minimum Education: Graduate Degree
