Fee-for-Service Therapist

Job description

We are looking to hire exceptional therapists with training and expertise in CBT and other evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., DBT, ACT). You must be a fully licensed mental health professional (with NY, NJ, CT license as relevant) and be self-motivated with a desire to work in collegial practice.
This is a full-time, W2 role and you will determine your own caseload and schedule of 20+ clinical hours each week.

Hybrid role with in-person and virtual according to your preference – this role requires 10+ hours per week in-person with additional 10+ virtual hours. We have offices in Manhattan (NY), Scarsdale (NY), Pine Brook (NJ), Stamford (CT), and Greenwich (CT).

Compensation will vary according to experience. Full-time clinicians billing 20 hours weekly can expect $120-180K with 4 weeks off.
