Salary: $50,000 - USD 105,000 + bonuses and perks/benefits DOE, hours, and pay structure.
THE WORK
- Provide telemedicine therapy to clients, ensuring convenient access to mental health care.
- Collaborate with prescribers to deliver holistic, evidence-based treatment tailored to client needs.
- Support clients with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, fostering empowering therapeutic relationships.
- Create a flexible schedule with availability from 15-40 hours weekly, balancing lifestyle with impactful work.
- Work autonomously in a remote setting while upholding high clinical quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to transforming mental health care access for hundreds of thousands, helping reduce anxiety and depression symptoms.
- This role will be offered under a 1099 contract.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
- Licensed therapist as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW with valid Texas credentials, must maintain good standing and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in diagnosing mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria.
- Proficient in crisis management and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for telemedicine.
- Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
- Experience in telemedicine or a fast-paced digital environment is ideal.
