In addition to supporting neurodiverse individuals, we specialize in working with dual-diagnosed individuals—those who have both neurodiverse conditions, including intellectual or developmental disabilities, alongside other mental health challenges. We provide tailored mental health support to address both the complexities of neurodiversity and the emotional struggles faced by these individuals.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic and compassionate team. This position offers both virtual and in-person options, providing you with the flexibility to work from home or interact directly with clients at our center. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing therapy and support to neurodiverse individuals and families, using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and/or family counseling sessions to neurodiverse clients (ages 4+).
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide appropriate evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with clients to develop coping strategies, enhance social skills, and manage emotions.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
Stay current with developments in mental health and neurodiversity best practices.
Coordinate and collaborate with referring professionals, community partners, insurance companies, and other professional agencies, as appropriate.
Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Active and unrestricted license (LPC, LMFT, CMHC, or equivalent) in Oregon.
Experience working with neurodiverse populations (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning differences) is preferred.
Strong understanding of and strict adherence to HIPAA policies and client confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
Compensation:
Pay: 60% of Reimbursed Rate per session, Hourly Rate for Trainings/Meetings: TBD
Potential Salary: 15 clients per week, $60,000 - 20 clients per week, $85,000 (Compensation is based on the volume of completed sessions, dependent on the clinician's selected schedule.)
