Telemedicine Mental Health Provider

As a Mental Health Telemedicine Physician, you’ll provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live 60-minute video intake appointments and 30-minute follow-up appointments. As the provider, you will conduct mental health evaluations and provide mental health medication management.

Role Responsibilities:
· Practice comprehensive, virtual mental health medication management via a 60- minute intake appointment and 30-minute follow-up appointments.
· Conduct mental health risk assessments and evaluations.
· Document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe medication using the client’s custom-built mental health EHR (please note we do not prescribe controlled substances due to the virtual nature of our care model).

Role Requirements:
· Flexible scheduling is allowed and encouraged; however, the primary commitment is during regular business hours with some patient communication requiring communication outside of these set hours as well.
· Excellent time management skills
· Comfortable using technology to deliver care virtually.
· Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
· Provider will be paid as a 1099 independent contractor.

Role Specifics:
· Provider will be paid based on number of consults. Pay will include any post administration and charting that will be necessary per appointment.

Scheduling: providers will let the client know when they are available, and they will assign you a schedule. Hours depend on the number of appointments/consults you agree to take in a given day.
· Conduct mental health risk assessments and evaluations.
The client uses a triage software called UptoDate

· Training will be done within 1-2 hours and will be paid out at $20 / hour.
· Providers will be dealing with a variety of age ranges, mainly college aged.

$40/Follow Up - $80/Intake
